The rooftop of Hyde Melbourne Place will be transformed with warm tones, long tables, generous spaces for relaxed communal dining and an all-new Mediterranean‑inspired food and beverage menu. We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Assistant Bar Manager to support our bar operations, inspire the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences that keep people coming back for more.
