THE ROLE This role suits an energetic, passionate and service‑driven hospitality professional who delivers joyful and elevated guest experiences. Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Assistant Bar Manager is responsible for daily operations, leading a team of supervisors, coaching and training the bar team and supporting new business initiatives.
