From opening and closing duties, managing live music nights, overseeing food and beverage operations, through to stock control and leading the team on shift — you’ll be right in the thick of it. You’re passionate about delivering a standout customer experience, and you know how to get the best out of a team. Whether it’s a chilled Tuesday or a packed Saturday night gig, you keep things smooth, sharp, and welcoming. ABOUT YOU Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role within a high-volume bar, pub, or live music venue Confident running shifts and leading a team from the front Strong leadership skills and a hands‑on, team‑first attitude Punctual, reliable, and solutions‑focused under pressure RSA and RCG certified Full Australian working rights Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and late nights Join a team that’s passionate about great hospitality, good music, and creating memorable experiences.
