Experience in this field will be of benefit, so please let us know if this is you \3>Role Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need : Recent experience in an early childhood education and care setting – ideally a larger service such as this one. Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards) A current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and value customer service A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educators Have a long-term career view with the opportunity to grow with the business.
