Job Title Partnerships Manager Job Details Job No. Location: Caulfield campus Employment Type: Part-time, fraction (0.8) Duration: 12 month fixed‑term appointment Remuneration: $120,138 – $132,610 pa HEW 08 (plus 17% employer superannuation) Overview The Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Monash Business School’s Corporate Education portfolio by fostering strategic relationships and securing high‑value business opportunities. The role focuses on advancing the School’s mission through engagement with corporate, government and not‑for‑profit clients, enhancing the reach and impact of customised leadership development programmes that align with institutional objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead business development initiatives and drive new corporate education opportunities across corporate, government and not‑for‑profit sectors. Prepare and submit high‑quality proposals and tenders. Engage with prospective clients to understand their leadership development needs. Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach. Maintain CRM systems, track opportunities, and ensure smooth handover of secured programmes to internal teams for delivery. Qualifications and Skills Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate opportunities and meet ambitious growth targets. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Advanced planning and organisational capabilities. High‑level proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools. Analytical, research and problem‑solving skills.
