Your Role With Us You’ll lead a talented design team from concept to launch, setting creative direction, providing actionable feedback and ensuring the highest standards of design quality. Working closely with UX, product and marketing, you'll align design strategy with business goals while refining systems, tools and workflows to boost efficiency and consistency. You’ll mentor your team, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration and empower designers to deliver their best work, driving impact across Easygo's digital products and marketing experiences. What You Will Do Mentor, support and coach a team of designers through daily collaboration, feedback sessions, and design critiques. Provide clear, actionable feedback and guidance to ensure design outcomes meet the highest creative and technical standards while aligning with business goals. Produce and oversee high‑quality digital and marketing design assets that meet specifications, brand guidelines and deadlines, maintaining excellence across all touchpoints. Maintain a consistently high level of design quality through hands‑on contribution, reviews and a strong focus on user‑first, brand‑aligned outcomes. Stay ahead of evolving design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the team continues to innovate and elevate creative standards. Collaborate closely with the Creative Studio Coordinator and cross‑functional teams to refine workflows, improve efficiency and strengthen creative output. Contribute to strategic discussions, identifying where design can deliver the greatest impact and advocating for design‑led thinking across the organisation. Champion an inclusive, collaborative and high‑performing design culture built on curiosity, trust and continuous learning. What You Will Bring 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design or digital design, with at least 2 years in a senior or team‑lead role. Have a strong creative eye with a proven track record of producing impactful, on‑brand digital and marketing assets. Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities to balance team leadership with hands‑on design responsibilities. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design and creative problem‑solving. Excellent communicator, able to confidently present work and align design decisions with product and business goals. A natural mentor who values collaboration, feedback and helping others grow.
