Data Migration Specialist

We’re working with a well-regarded national organisation that is investing heavily in digital and data capabilities. As part of a major CRM and digital transformation, they are expanding their data team to strengthen delivery outcomes and accelerate progress. They are looking for a Senior Data Migration Specialist to lead the hands‑on design, transformation and validation of data moving into a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse environment. The role ensures core business operations across membership, contacts (B2C and B2B), contracts and finance remain accurate and uninterrupted. Base pay range A$150,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr You will: Build and run migration pipelines using Databricks, SQL and dbt Cleanse, validate and reconcile data across multiple test cycles Support full and delta loads into CRM environments Investigate and resolve data issues with vendors and business SMEs Maintain quality via version control, pull requests and structured releases Contribute to runbooks and post go‑live monitoring for stability You bring Strong SQL and data engineering skills Experience using Databricks or similar Spark-based platforms Hands‑on transformation experience using dbt or similar frameworks Data migration background in CRM Ability to work with SaaS data sources and interpret vendor documentation Nice to have Exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse Understanding of data related to membership, contracts or finance domains Experience with reconciliation and cutover logistics About You You’re someone who cares about accuracy, detail and repeatable delivery. You’re comfortable digging through data to confirm how things really work. You collaborate well with technical teams and business SMEs, and you enjoy improving clarity in complex environments.
