Growth Director - AI Services Influx is the global leader in pay‑as‑you‑go support teams. We’re proudly based in Melbourne, servicing clients in Australia, the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Companies like Yazio, Meshki, Saturn and Koh partner with us to make their support teams fast, flexible and scalable, while maintaining or improving key metrics such as CSAT, NPS and time to resolution. The Opportunity We’re looking for an AI Growth Director to lead global growth strategy and execution for AI Agent Management — our newest product line, proven to drive value and ready for distribution and growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and product. You’ll design and execute the go‑to‑market engine for a breakout product shaping how global teams adopt and manage AI Agents. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to position Influx as the go‑to partner for companies shifting to an AI‑First future. Success in this role is measured by one key outcome: growing the number of successful new clients using this product. What You’ll Do A. Demand Generation Lead the end‑to‑end demand engine for Influx AI Services — from strategy to execution. Design and execute a measurable growth plan with clear inputs, outputs, and timelines. Develop compelling hooks and conversion paths that turn curiosity into leads. Own and optimise all growth channels — content, partnerships, lifecycle campaigns, and paid acquisition. Always be testing – iterate and improve weekly. Shape how the world understands and buys Influx AI Services. Craft clear, differentiated messaging that excites, educates, and converts. Create high‑impact enablement tools — from decks and one‑pagers to landing pages and case studies. Translate complex AI technology into simple business outcomes and human stories. Influence product direction and feature prioritisation to align with market demand. Be the brand champion – make us proud of what we’re taking to market. C. Cross‑Functional Leadership Collaborate across teams to turn strategy into scale. Partner with founders to define vision, product priorities, and the ideal customer profile. Work with service and onboarding teams to ensure AI clients ramp successfully and see value fast. Partner with sales to refine pitches, shape offers, and drive revenue. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to amplify AI Services across all Influx channels and audiences. Connect client feedback loops to continuously strengthen positioning and delivery. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in B2B marketing or growth in a startup environment. Proven success and development over multiple years at one company. Proven success working with technical teams and technical co‑founders. Proven success working as a team of one to achieve outcomes that scale. Proven success working in a highly novel environment (startup/scale‑up). Strong storytelling ability to simplify complex tech for decision‑makers.
