Loreto Kirribilli, a leading Catholic independent school for girls, is seeking a committed and collaborative Religious Education Coordinator (K–6) to lead the faith life and Religious Education program of the Junior School. This role plays a vital part in shaping our identity as a Catholic school in the Mary Ward tradition, contributing significantly to culture, curriculum, and community. About the Role Reporting to the Principal through the Head of Junior School, and as a member of the Junior School Leadership Team, you will: Lead and support the religious, prayer, and liturgical life of the Junior School. Coordinate and evaluate the K–6 Religious Education program, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning. Guide and mentor teachers in planning, programming, and delivering meaningful RE lessons. Oversee the preparation of Masses, liturgies, and sacramental programs. Promote Gospel values and foster an atmosphere of trust, dignity, and pastoral care. Coordinate House social justice initiatives and collaborate closely with the Director of Mission and Liturgy Coordinator. Manage RE resources, budgets, and administrative processes. Communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, clergy, and the wider faith community. Contribute to school leadership, community‑building initiatives, and Junior School culture. Uphold and promote the Catholic identity and Loreto charism in all aspects of school life. About You You are an inspiring religious leader and educator who brings: Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school. A deep understanding of Catholic tradition, curriculum, and contemporary pedagogy. Experience leading faith formation, liturgies, or RE programs. Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills. A collaborative leadership style and the ability to mentor and support staff.
