This is a Property Risk Analyst role within a leading non‑bank real estate lender. The position sits at the heart of the loan decisioning process, providing research, analysis, and insight that shapes credit outcomes across a national portfolio. Working closely with senior credit leaders, you’ll investigate property values, assess market conditions, engage with valuers and real estate agents, and prepare succinct, data‑driven reports for the Credit Committee. Key Responsibilities Research property values using RP Data, Nearmap, RE.com and other tools Instruct valuers and critically assess external valuation reports Build a national network of agents and industry contacts to validate assumptions Conduct market research, analyse comparable sales and identify emerging trends Write clear, well‑structured risk assessments for internal stakeholders Collaborate with senior executives and substantiate your conclusions Ideal Profile Valuation experience is highly advantageous. This role suits a motivated early‑career property professional with valuation experience / qualifications and experience in the property or finance sector. You’ll bring strong written communication skills, attention to detail, confidence on the phone, and a genuine passion for the Australian property market. A self‑starter mindset and the ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment are essential.
