Their mission is to serve as trusted advisors, offering comprehensive property solutions including portfolio analysis, strategic planning, investment property management, and bespoke consultancy services. The Role As a Transaction Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in managing commercial property transactions from start to finish. This includes conducting tenant rep, market research, financial analysis, managing due diligence processes, and overseeing contract and lease documentation. You'll collaborate closely with clients, agents, and consultants, gaining invaluable exposure to various facets of the commercial property sector. To Excel in This Role, You Should Have: 1 to 5+ years' experience in commercial property transactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office A degree in a property-related field is preferred A genuine passion for the property industry Strong motivation and energy A commitment to exceptional customer service The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Strong attention to detail and analytical skills A solid work ethic and proactive approach Able to face with clients and understand their needs What You Can Expect This role offers unparalleled exposure to diverse commercial property markets, including office, industrial, retail, and specialised sectors.
