We are currently recruiting for a National Applications Support Analyst to help keep our business systems running smoothly and drive continuous improvement across the Group. What you'll do Provide day‑to‑day support for key business systems. Troubleshoot application and database issues (SQL Server, Pervasive, Access). Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports (SSRS, Crystal Reports, MS Access). Act as the go‑between for internal teams and external vendors for escalations, upgrades, and new implementations. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and knowledge base resources. Support testing, deployment, and post‑implementation activities for new systems or upgrades. Identify opportunities for automation, improved reporting, and smarter workflows. Contribute to system and data security best practices. What you'll bring 2‑3 years' experience in application or systems support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019 (installation, tuning, maintenance, security). Scripting or programming skills in SQL, PowerShell, PHP, Python, C#, or ASP.NET. Great problem‑solving and communication skills – able to work with both technical and business users. A proactive, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail. Relevant tertiary qualification (Certificate IV or higher) in IT or Computer Science. Australian work rights are required for this position.
