Job Description The Property Analyst within the Due Diligence Team plays a pivotal role in analysing properties and market conditions to guarantee that the properties we present to our clients meet their financial expectations and have undergone thorough due diligence. This role is dynamic and often time-sensitive, demanding an individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Conduct extensive property research utilising various data systems, including RP Data. Collaborate with various stakeholders such as real estate agents, solicitors, council representatives, building and pest inspectors to provide accurate due diligence research and market consultancy. Analyse sales and property market data, compiling and verifying market evidence for research purposes. Work closely with our wider team to support the due diligence process. Prepare, review, and finalise due diligence reports, including summarising findings and providing analytical recommendations based on reviewed information, including legal documentation. Present reports and findings to both internal stakeholders and clients. Required Skills Experience in the real estate/property industry is preferred but not essential. Tertiary education in property economics, business, or finance is essential. Ability to undertake property and market research, including providing evidence-based recommendations. Strong report writing and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. High proficiency with Microsoft software including Powerpoint. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to add value to the team and work with minimal supervision. Skill and experience in accurate data entry. Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business. Excellent problem-solving skills. A friendly, professional individual who enjoys working within a team and contributing to both divisional and company success.
