What You Bring to the Role As a Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing personalized care plans, and coordinating services to support their journey toward stability and well‑being. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Welfare, Behavioural or Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines Proven experience in case management or a related field. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
