Previous experience in a Hospital or Hotel environment is preferable The Opportunity Mount Hospital is currently seeking a professional and customer/patient-focused Food Service Assistant (Team Leader on some occasions) to join the busy team. You will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients. Shifts Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or Monday to Sunday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm Night shifts from 2:30 pm to 9:00 pm Key Functions Deliver, serve and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays Check the patient’s diet and allergens to comply with food standard requirements Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly Clean and maintain utensils and kitchen equipment following hospital & industry food safety and hygiene standards About You You will be a great team player who is willing to learn and enjoys working in a supportive multidisciplinary team.
