Food Services Assistant Relief Coordinator / Catering Assistant Permanent part-time opportunity 60 hours per fortnight Gain instant access to a diverse array of employee benefits and programs enhancing your overall work experience Successful candidates must have the ability to work shifts across a 14-day rotating roster which may involve weekdays weekend and public holidays working a variety of shifts with starts time ranging from 0530 / 630 and 1430. About the Role Dual role reporting to the Catering Manager youll be working within a fast-paced team-focused environment. Your duties will include but are not limited to : Your skills and Experience Relief Coordinator Coordinating meal plating and meal delivery service Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or tasks to maintain service standards Assist with induction and orientation of new or casual staff Ensure staff follow food safety hygiene and infection control protocols Catering Assistant Exceptional customer service Being responsive and sensitive to customer information their needs and wants Setting up and plating Undertake cleaning duties throughout the department and at ward level whilst keeping in line with HACCP / Food Safety regulations infection control and hospital standards Dishwashing Demonstrate a great work ethic and attention to detail Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work loads Be reliable motivated and have a friendly nature Allergy control awareness Experience within the healthcare industry desirable. Remuneration : On offer is a base hourly rate of $28.71 superannuation exclusive of penalties or allowances.
