Their e-commerce platforms (Retail, Marketplace and Services) provide a seamless and inspiring end-to-end customer experience. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide professional support to our senior leadership team, on a 12 month max term contract. This role is crucial for someone with exceptional administrative and organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment. The successful candidate will be adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining high standards of support. About The Role Provide timely and effective administrative support to some of the senior leadership team members, including calendar management, administrative processes, and travel coordination. Prepare correspondence, documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism. Manage meeting logistics, including room setup and catering arrangements. Coordinate various events, including team and company-wide gatherings. Assist with project support and collaborate with other executive assistants, receptionists, and administrative staff to ensure the completion of key deliverables and follow-ups on outstanding items. Handle travel expense reconciliation and process purchase orders and vendor setups for the business. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to maximise administrative efficiencies. Support other executive assistants and the workplace team with department requests and activities. Establish and maintain strong, effective working relationships with external customers and colleagues. What it takes.. Extensive experience in an EA role supporting multiple executives Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred Experience With Google Suite Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, and able to work effectively in a team Deadline-driven, capable of managing one's own workload with minimal supervision Eager to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment Why our client is partnering with Hatch on this role.
