As a Fitter Operator based in Smithfield, you will be responsible for: Operate and maintain high-tech equipment across various stages of beverage can production. Perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. Undertake preventative and reactive maintenance of auxiliary machinery. Work collaboratively within a close-knit team to achieve production targets. Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. What You Will Bring Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade) and a completed 4 year apprenticeship. At least 5 years' experience in an industrial or heavy manufacturing environment. Hands‑on experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Availability to work a unique rotating roster - Day and Nights.
