WATM leads the market in the supply and support of several of the world's leading brands, including exclusive distribution for Manitowoc (Grove) cranes and Hiab. Opportunity for career progression in a reputable family company Ongoing training and development Unique and supportive team environment with an active Social Club About the role We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the Finance Team. Responsibilities Maintain and update the accounts payable database to ensure that supplier details are current, accurate and not duplicated. Manage the accounts payable inbox & respond to queries. Month‑end reconciliations. Manage foreign currency transactions. Reconcile and manage loan accounts. Monitor compliance with tax coding requirements. Ensure employee expenses are within company policy and appropriately approved. Maintain and archive electronic and physical documents. Make recommendations for process improvements. Follow the invoice approval process in line with relevant delegation of authority. Process high volume of invoices in accordance with month‑end deadlines, ensuring they are paid within supplier terms. Identify issues, investigate, and achieve resolution within appropriate timeframes. About you A formal qualification in Cert IV Accounting & Bookkeeping or a relevant qualification will be highly regarded. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Solid experience with Excel and Navision (Microsoft Dynamics). This position is available to start in January 2026 to cover 1 year of maternity leave.
