Senior Development Manager – Solar & BESS A$250 per year With an ambitious pipeline focused on large‑scale battery storage and hybrid renewable projects, this team is making a real impact in Australia's energy transition. You’ll be part of a fast‑moving, fun, entrepreneurial environment with the opportunity to help shape the direction of the business. Your New Role As Senior Development Manager, you will take ownership of renewable energy projects from the very beginning through to Final Investment Decision. This is a hands‑on role where you will lead project development, identify new opportunities, and manage everything from site selection to approvals and stakeholder engagement. You’ll also play a key part in mentoring junior team members and building capability across the business, with a development pathway to more senior positions in the business.
