Responsibilities Manage site accounts, ensuring timely processing and supplier relationship management. Assist with weekly payroll data preparation. Maintain the fixed asset register, including vehicle and equipment documentation. Support seasonal worker onboarding and compliance checks. Assist in site audits and reporting activities. Provide high-level administrative support, including reception duties and issuing worker ID cards. Uphold strong compliance and recordkeeping standards. Who We Are Looking For Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with SAP or similar systems (or a willingness to learn fast). Excellent time management, organisation, and data accuracy skills. A can-do attitude, with a focus on customer service and results. What’s in it for you?
