Casual Merchandiser - Caufield / Carnegie area, VIC Join Nestlé as a Casual Merchandiser in the Caufield/Carnegie area of Melbourne, Victoria. Nestlé is the largest food and beverage company in the world, dedicated to enhancing quality of life through nutrition, health, and wellness. Opportunity As a merchandiser, you will represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel, including Coles, Woolworths and independent stores. Your role involves negotiating, selling and building displays to optimise store presence for our products according to a weekly work plan. Working Hours & Flexibility Flexible casual hours; availability between Wednesday to Friday is essential, with the option to work additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods such as Back to School and Winter. The role requires working 46‑50 weeks a year, excluding a shutdown period from mid‑December to the first week in January. Qualifications Current, valid driver’s licence and a safe, reliable motor vehicle are essential. Physically able to lift stock for building displays and to utilise Nestlé’s creative point‑of‑sale assets. Proficient using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and photograph displays. Reside within the designated area. Able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes. Legal & Compliance Applicants must have full working rights for Australia.
