Senior Contracts Administrator Commercial Projects to $20M | Leadership Pathway | Sydney We’re representing a respected builder delivering commercial, industrial, and education projects up to $20 million, known for its flat structure, collaborative culture, and hands‑on leadership team. This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Contracts Administrator who wants more than day‑to‑day delivery. You’ll work directly with the leadership team to develop and implement commercial training for the broader CA group, while managing your own portfolio of live projects. It’s a genuine pathway into a Commercial Lead role — where your technical capability and mentoring style will help shape how the business operates commercially into the future. Key Responsibilities Manage full contract lifecycle – head contract, procurement, cost reporting, and project close‑out. Partner with Directors and Project Managers to drive commercial strategy and consistency across projects. Lead and mentor CAs on cost reporting, subcontractor management, and compliance. Assist in designing and delivering training frameworks and process improvements across the team. Ensure all commercial deliverables are aligned with company values of quality, integrity, and accountability. What You’ll Bring 6–10 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior CA in a head contractor environment. Proven success managing commercial projects between $5M–$20M . Strong financial and contractual management skills with advanced attention to detail. Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
