Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team Sue Ismiel & Daughters is an Australian-based, 100% woman-owned , consumer goods company with a global presence and multiple brands in the personal care category. Our goal is to help women, men and their families look and feel their best by offering a wide range of high-quality products that are effective, gentle, and cruelty-free. Our hero brands, Nad’s, Nad’s For Men & NitWits , have distribution in retailers all over the world, providing you with experience marketing for global brands with distribution in CVS, Walmart, Ulta, Woolworths, Coles, Chemist Warehouse, Boots, Tesco & Amazon . Reporting directly to the Global Head of Digital, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the social media strategy across our portfolio of brands. We’re looking for a bold, ideas-driven Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing business. This is not your average “content calendar” role. If you’re the kind of person who gets excited about turning everyday moments into viral content or dreaming up guerilla marketing stunts that make people stop scrolling, we want to meet you What You’ll Do Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. Bring a constant flow of fresh, trend-led ideas, from viral video concepts to bold guerrilla-style activations that get people talking. Collaborate with the founder and creative team to shape brand storytelling and tone of voice across all channels. Stay on top of trends, memes, pop culture, and social moments, and know exactly when and how to jump in. Execution & Management Plan, create, and post high-quality content, from concept to caption, that feels authentic, entertaining, and shareable. Manage the content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all social touchpoints. Monitor performance and use insights to refine creative direction and strategy. Engage with our community in a genuine, witty, and brand-aligned voice. Work closely with the Global Head of Digital and the Creative Director to brainstorm campaigns, product launches, and social-first stunts. Collaborate with creators, influencers and brand partners to amplify reach and build excitement around key moments. Bring a collaborative, can-do energy to every project. You know what’s trending, what’s flopping, and what’s next. You’re confident in both strategy and execution. You can dream it and make it happen. You can film and edit content directly yourself on your choice of video editing software (CapCut, Canva etc) You’re obsessed with growth and engagement, but you care equally about authenticity and community. You have experience managing brand social accounts (bonus if you’ve worked in beauty & lifestyle). You thrive in fast-moving environments and aren’t afraid to test, learn, and pivot quickly.
