Troocoo is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to join our client’s procurement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their procurement career within a supportive and high-performing team. You’ll be involved in end-to-end procurement activities, supplier engagement, and contract management, helping to deliver real value across the organisation. This role offers 50% work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities: Contribute to category planning, risk management, and supplier relationship management initiatives. Support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across a range of categories. Ensure successful handover and implementation of new contracts, suppliers, and processes to business owners. Undertake business needs assessments, supply market analysis, and commercial risk assessments to inform procurement planning and sourcing decisions. Monitor and report on contract performance to ensure compliance and value delivery. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective procurement solutions. Skills and experience: Demonstrated experience in a Procurement Officer, Purchasing Officer, or Sourcing Officer position. Proven ability to provide data analysis and reporting to a range of business stakeholders. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills. Ability to deliver quality outcomes within set timeframes. Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Commerce are highly desirable.
