FRM Model Management is a leading modelling agency representing fashion and commercial talent in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane. Reelfaces, our commercial division was formed 8 years ago in response to the changing and evolving market. We are currently on the hunt for a experienced talent booker/marketing assistant based in Melbourne to assist our Booking team and director across cross fashion, commercial & influencer bookings and marketing activities. Looking for someone who has strong connections within the industry and the ability to bring a solid client base with them. Candidates must have experience booking and/or managing talent, models, or influencer and have up to date knowledge of fashion and commercial clients across Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne. Experience with scouting talent is also favourable. Ideally, the successful applicant must have worked for a credible modelling or creative agency and works well under pressure (if not this job is not for you) Must be proficient in PC’s, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, Online Casting Portals, Basic Admin skills, Phone skills and Sales. Day in the role Liaising with both fashion and commercial clients to match talent to briefs Maintaining positive relationships with clients General administration duties Marketing and brand research to acquire new clients Interviewing potential talent Ideal candidate Have a minimum of 5 year experience working as a talent or modelling agency booker, and/or managing influencers Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written Work well under pressure Strong ability to multitask Training in our system will be provided. 2-5 days per week as a subcontractor or contracted employee.
