NRW Pty Ltd | Perth Metropolitan Closing date : 07 / 12 / 2025 NRW Holdings are now seeking a highly motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Support team in our Belmont Head Office. You will be the first point of contact for IT support and your responsibilities will include resolving technology issues remotely via the telephone and email, recording interactions within the ITSM toolset as well as escalating any issues for resolution to second level teams as required. We are looking for someone with a desire to achieve and accomplish the tasks given to them in an efficient and effective manner. Strong customer service skills are paramount in this role as you are supporting our internal clients.
