To be successful, you will have… Workplace leadership relevant to community mental health practice. Significant knowledge, experience and leadership in area of speciality. Knowledge, understanding and experience of mental illness, assessment of complex presentations and providing evidence‑based interventions for people with mental health or related disorders. Significant experience in crisis intervention and the prioritising, and management of psychiatric and non‑psychiatric emergencies in complex situations. Knowledge and skills in the implementation of the WA Mental Health Act and legislation affecting clinical practice. Demonstrated computer literacy, word processing and data entry skills. Highly developed negotiation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi‑disciplinary team and use effective communication and interpersonal skills. Position Profile Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, establish and maintain high quality standards of client care by leadership, delivery of care and role‑modelling in accordance with policies and procedures. Act as a clinical resource to staff across the service. Provide expert clinical assessment, screening, follow‑up and care as required.
