Your role will involve supporting teaching and learning by implementing strategies that promote participation, engagement, and achievement for students of all abilities, working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to thrive in a safe, inclusive learning environment. The Role Suitable applicants will ideally assist in the implementation of specialised education programmes while working with students with disabilities and additional learning needs. They will support teachers in the delivery of planned education programmes, including the operation of computers and digital technologies, and implement individual or small group programmes or demonstrations. They will also provide feedback on education and therapy programmes, and participate in the evaluation of achievement goals in special education. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively or independently to improve outcomes for students. Tasks will require discretion and judgement to achieve clearly defined outcomes determined by the teacher. Candidates will work in a whole‑school environment that values professional learning, teamwork, and leadership. They should be committed to putting students first, supporting teachers to implement instructional strategies that maximise engagement, and developing relationships with students and parents.
