Account Executive (Insurance Broker) - Multiple Roles Available Are you an ambitious Insurance Broker looking to take the next step in your career? Two exciting Account Executive opportunities have become available with one of Australia’s most widely respected private insurance brokerages. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years’ insurance broking experience is preferred but not essential Exposure to retail/commercial SME clients across various industries Strong relationship‑building and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑performing team environment A proactive mindset toward client service, retention and growth About the Roles We are recruiting for two Account Executive positions. One based in the office 3 days a week with hybrid flexibility to work 2 days from home and one offering full‑remote arrangements for those with 4–5+ years’ broking expertise. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing and retaining a portfolio of SME/retail clients across a variety of industries, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse client portfolio across SME/retail lines Liaise directly with insurers and underwriters Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business initiatives Support lodgement and management of claims in conjunction with the internal claims department Maintain strong adherence to compliance requirements, industry regulations and internal policies Why Join This Brokerage?
