Account Manager – High-Growth Energy Storage Vendor Location: Melbourne, VIC Join a fast-scaling, globally recognised energy storage vendor that is redefining how Australians power their homes and businesses. We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives in a mix of account development, channel growth and active new business. You’ll be the face of the brand across key regions, building strong customer relationships while driving market expansion. A key focus of this role is developing local distributor and EPC installer networks to extend market reach and ensure smooth delivery of products and solutions. What you’ll be doing Grow and manage customer relationships across multiple regions. Prospect, pitch, and close new business to expand market presence. Develop strong distributor and EPC installer networks to drive scale and channel performance. Collaborate with technical, marketing and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions. Lead negotiations, support contract processes and hit commercial targets. Track market trends and competitor activity to shape strategy and sales plans. What we’re looking for 3+ years’ sales experience in solar PV or energy‑related markets. Strong understanding of Australia’s energy storage landscape. Proven channel relationship experience, including distributor and EPC engagement. Demonstrated success in active sales, prospecting and negotiation. Strong communication, planning and market analysis skills. Technical understanding of energy storage and solar products.
