About the role Reporting to the Center Manager and working closely with a team of highly skilled clinicians, your responsibilities will include the provision of high quality, culturally sensitive relationship counselling and therapy, including education programs to individuals, couples, and families, as required. You will be able to apply your skills and expertise in childhood development and family dynamics to respond to a diverse range of issues including couples counselling, parenting concerns, relational issues, stress and anxiety, separation and divorce and blended families. This role is located at Sunshine and is an ongoing, part‑time role working three (3) days per week with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift. The salary range is $98,027 - $105,084 (pro‑rata) per annum. About you Degree qualified in family therapy, counselling, social work, or psychology Previous supervised professional experience in relationship counselling and family violence Demonstrated application of therapeutic modalities relevant working with individuals, couples and families Experience and qualifications working with children and families is desirable We provide Attractive salary including salary packaging and generous leave benefits Professional development and Career progression opportunities.
