The program is reshaping the way this large, complex education institution delivers services—spanning structure, governance, systems, and culture—to support a future‑ready university experience. This might include but is not limited to the following: You’ll lead a major stream of this high‑impact transformation, working side‑by‑side with the Program Director , senior executives, and cross‑functional teams to bring a newly designed operating model to life. This is about turning strategy into reality—aligning processes, people, data and systems to ensure operational readiness and a better student and staff experience. Lead a key delivery stream within the university‑wide operating model redesign Translate design into action: build implementation plans, metrics, and transition strategies Drive readiness activities across teams, ensuring they’re enabled to operate in the new model Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and student services to ensure capability, process and cultural alignment Use lean, agile, and customer‑first thinking to guide decisions and unblock challenges Define success measures and track improvement in outcomes—particularly around service and student experience Work in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment with a clear focus on delivery Required Qualifications: Strong experience as a Senior PM or Squad Lead in enterprise‑wide change Operating model delivery experience , not just design—especially through to operationalisation Experience in complex, mission‑driven sectors such as education, health, government, transport or defence Proven ability to manage operational readiness , change impacts, and cross‑stream dependencies Metrics‑ and outcome‑focused, with a continuous improvement / lean mindset Agile and flexible working style—you bring clarity without clinging to rigid frameworks Strong stakeholder engagement skills and comfort with ambiguity in large organisations A passion for making things work on the ground , not just on paper Who are you joining?
