Position Summary We are looking for a passionate Commis Pastry Chef to join our culinary team in the main kitchen, supporting the pastry section in the preparation and execution of a wide range of high-quality pastry and bakery items. The Role Assist the Chef de Partie in running the assigned workstation. Produce a consistent, high-quality product and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times. Have full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned station to the standard set. Be flexible and adapt to required rotation within the Culinary Division. Maintain the general standards of the kitchen and implement the kitchen manual rules and regulations for your section. Ensure that all colleagues adhere to guidelines in accordance with the Food, Health, Hygiene and Safety manuals. Talent Profile Tertiary education or culinary qualifications. Experience in a similar role. Good command of written and spoken English. Food Safety Hygiene experience. Full working rights in Australia.
