Site Manager – Boutique Multi-Residential & Custom Homes We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee boutique multi‑residential and custom home projects across Melbourne's eastern suburbs. This role is suited to a professional who takes ownership of their sites, maintains high standards of quality and safety, and is confident coordinating trades and driving program outcomes. You will be entrusted with a high level of autonomy, supported by a collaborative leadership and project team who are committed to delivering well‑built, thoughtfully designed projects. About Us We are a Melbourne‑based construction company specialising in boutique multi‑unit developments and custom homes. Our mission is to lift the standard of residential construction through quality, sustainability, and strong, long‑term relationships with clients and partners. As we move into our next phase of growth in 2026, we are seeking a Site Manager who can contribute to our delivery capability, uphold our standards on site, and play a key role in the successful completion of our projects. About You You are a self‑motivated, hands‑on construction professional who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work and running a well‑controlled site. Desired Qualifications 3–5+ years' experience in a Site Supervisor / Site Manager position on multi‑residential, townhouse or detailed custom home projects. A trade background and/or relevant construction qualification. A practical, hands‑on approach – present on site, understand the detail, and follow through on what you commit to. An autonomous, solution‑focused mindset – anticipate issues, address them early, and do not wait to be directed. Strong communication and leadership skills – able to set expectations, give clear instructions, and build respectful relationships with trades, consultants, and clients. Solid understanding of construction programs, sequencing, lead times, and their impact on time and cost. Comfort with technology, including construction management and reporting software, or a willingness to learn quickly. A growth mindset, with an interest in continuous improvement, sustainability, and long‑term career development. Experience across both residential and commercial sectors (viewed favourably but not essential). A valid driver's licence. Australian work rights are required for this position. Why Join Us?
