Join to apply for the Site Manager role at Design Build . We’re looking for a Site Manager to oversee and deliver a multi residential project with a value of $30M. About The Role Lead day-to-day operations on site, from planning and groundworks through to handover. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and labour to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure strict compliance with WHS/safety regulations, quality control standards, and project specifications. Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources – proactively address any delays or cost overruns. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management. Liaise with architects, engineers, clients, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain alignment on project objectives. Drive site presentation, cleanliness and organisation. Mentor and lead the site team, fostering a positive, high-performance culture. Key Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or supervisory role within commercial or multi‑res construction. Strong technical knowledge: ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation. Demonstrated leadership and people‑management skills. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and coordination ability. Prior experience on similar projects, basement experience, $30m value. Carpentry background.
