With a healthy and growing pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager – and Senior Site Supervisors will also be considered. With a focus on safety and quality, you will manage site operations across a range of projects in line with programme and cost parameters. Working with passionate teams, you will be a key part of delivering high‑quality buildings to customers and contribute to our success and growth. What you’ll do: Manage and oversee operations on site in accordance with project programs and budgets Ensure trades onsite operate in a safe and cooperative manner and deliver in line with contractual obligations Follow all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and legislative requirements and instil a safety culture on site Use our Hammertech system to capture and report on site operations Undertake regular Health and Safety reviews Run daily pre‑start meetings Identify and proactively manage risks and non‑compliance issues Ensure all relevant inductions, records, registers and licenses are in place for people and plant on site Coach and mentor graduates and junior team members on site What you’ll bring: A genuine passion for the construction industry and a focus on safety Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor environment An understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies Strong track record of safe and high‑quality delivery of construction projects Experience across a range of project types and industries, e.g. commercial, residential and education, on new build projects Ability to manage and influence construction teams, subcontractors and consultants Experience with Hammertech, Aconex and Visibuild or similar systems (desirable) Collaborative approach and a focus on teamwork Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously Benefits 5‑day week; site managers enjoy our “10 in 14” program Industry‑specific training and development Agile, fast‑tracked career development pathways Flexible working arrangement options and hours Paid parental leave, financial and practical support Expanding selection health/wellbeing initiatives Kapitol is committed to providing an equitable, inclusive and diverse working environment.
