This is a hands‑on, physical role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a supportive team. Australian work rights are required for this position. Company Overview: Located in the heart of Victoria's Dandenong Ranges, we are a locally owned, family‑operated wholesale nursery supplying high‑quality plants to retail nurseries, garden centres, landscapers, and developers across Australia. With decades of horticultural experience, we specialise in the propagation and production of a wide variety of trees, shrubs, roses, and landscape‑ready plants. Responsibilities: Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch Loading and unloading nursery stock onto trucks and trolleys Potting, spacing, and maintaining plant stock Pruning, weeding, fertilising, and general plant care Assisting with nursery maintenance and seasonal production tasks Supporting dispatch and production targets Working both independently and as part of a team Plant propagation, watering/irrigation, potting/repotting, quality control, plant maintenance, and loading/unloading tasks Requirements: Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors in all weather Good attention to detail and takes pride in their work Can work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Minimum of 1+ years horticultural experience Available to work Monday‑Friday and weekends as required Preferred, but not essential: Medium Rigid truck licence, forklift licence What We Offer: A friendly and supportive multicultural team environment On‑the‑job training with opportunities to grow and move into a full‑time role Stable work in a well‑established and respected nursery Remuneration based on experience Send your resume to ****@monbulkrtsfarm.com.
