Forklift Driver

We collaborate with charities, private organisations, and the Government to benefit local communities. We are looking for experienced Forklift Operators to work day shift (7am–4pm) at our plant. We have one casual and one full‑time role available. About the Role Operate the forklift as required to bale materials delivered to the site. Safely operate the plant equipment and communicate effectively on the two‑way radio. Always adhere to health & safety procedures and policies, reporting any near misses and fault findings. Load walking floors with commingled material to be transported from the site. Work in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrate excellent initiative, punctuality and reliability. Operate the baler machine with stacking and loading trucks as required. Follow instructions and work well within a team. About You Must hold a current Forklift licence; a Telehandler ticket is highly desirable. Relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, recycling/waste management, or a similar industry. Previous forklift experience is necessary. Skilled and safe use of relevant plant and equipment to complete tasks efficiently. Understands and applies quality control techniques.
