Reporting to the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager , you'll be the go‑to expert for driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through smart, data‑driven strategies. You'll manage CRM platforms, design and execute targeted campaigns, and optimise loyalty programs across our consumer brands. This role is all about creating personalised experiences that connect with our customers and deliver real commercial outcomes.
