About The Role We're on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Performance Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our performance media campaigns across a range of exciting clients. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, learn from the best, and contribute to innovative strategies that deliver real impact. Responsibilities Campaign Implementation: Deliver top-notch implementation of performance media campaigns within your team. Strategic Input: Contribute to campaign planning by providing relevant data and recommendations, particularly around programmatic tactics. Audience Insights: Proactively source audience data to inform broader planning and collaborate with our talented investment team. Reporting & Analysis: Assist in developing insightful reports that translate data into actionable insights. Client Delivery: Support Performance Managers and Directors in delivering exceptional client deliverables. Qualifications Platform Proficiency: Solid knowledge of display, social, mobile, video, and search platforms. Bid Management Expertise: Familiarity with Search & Programmatic bid management tools like DV360, SA360, Verizon Media, and The Trade Desk. Technical Acumen: Understanding of ad serving, campaign management and other industry platforms is a plus. Proven Results: Demonstrated ability to exceed campaign objectives. Channel Experience: 2+ years across at least two channels (search, programmatic, social). Platform Familiarity: Experience with performance technology platforms (e.g., DV360, SA360, Verizon Media, The Trade Desk, Kenshoo, Amobee, Amazon).
