Learning & Capability Program Delivery Specialist Join to apply for the Learning & Capability Program Delivery Specialist role at Blackmores Group. This is a 12 month fixed‑term contract, covering an employee who is going on a career break. Blackmores Group operates in 12 markets, with headquarters in Sydney, an international state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Braeside, Victoria and additional offices scattered across Asia. The Learning & Capability Program Delivery Specialist is responsible for planning and delivering Learning & Capability development programs that result in measurable learning outcomes, enhancing employee knowledge and skills to meet Blackmores operational and strategic goals. Opportunities to support your local community through paid community leave Flexible working across most of our roles A socially responsible work environment, on track to be carbon neutral by 2030 Great benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted products Mental health support for you and your family through our Sonder assistance program Responsibilities include: Manage the annual mandatory training calendar Own and manage Learning Management System (LIMS) operations including user admin, data integrity and record keeping Manage vendors to ensure fulfillment of deliverables Work with stakeholders to identify program metrics and cadences aligned to business results, to ensure program impacts and return on investment can be evaluated Design and develop recommended solutions that meet frameworks and standards for learning programs across all Blackmores markets Who are you? Proven experience in learning program delivery, learning design, learning & Development operations, or a similar role. Experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management and budget management. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training programs and initiatives. Extensive hands‑on experience in the administration of LIMS and the development of learning content using various tools. Sound working knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary practices in workplace learning.
