At Caterpillar Kidz ELC, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Centre. Leading a dedicated team of childcare professionals, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs that support the growth and development of our young learners. This full-time role is crucial in upholding our commitment to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for the children in our care. What you'll be doing Oversee the day-to-day operations of the early learning centre, including staff management, program planning, and regulatory compliance. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities for educators. Develop and implement engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and meet the individual needs of children. Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive learning environment that supports the wellbeing of all children. Participate in the continuous improvement of the center's policies, procedures, and practices. Opportunity to create a new team that you can shape and lead. What we’re looking for Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Centre Director or similar leadership role within the childcare industry. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, children, and staff. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Thorough knowledge of relevant childcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
