Axiom is now seeking an entrepreneurial client‑facing sales leader who understands the intricacies of running, growing and scaling a high‑growth, profitable region. About the role We are hiring a consultative Enterprise Account Executive (Manager level) to fuel our continued growth. You will oversee a portfolio of F500 and ASX 200 clients, focusing on account growth and new business generation. You will be accountable and own the client lifecycle from prospecting to closing. Responsibilities Originating opportunity and closing deals: bring in new business, originate and sell to our biggest fans, and make fresh clients believers. Getting to know your clients: define the client experience by building durable relationships, inspiring trust, and proposing innovative solutions. Consulting with C‑level executives: sit at the table with executive‑level decision makers to plan for the future. Collaborating: partner daily with the broader commercial team to close and support strategic opportunities. Leading: offer thought leadership to clients and mentor junior team members. About you Background in B2B client service with at least 5 years in a consultative sales role and exceeding business goals on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis. Experience selling "people as a product". Comfortable working in a senior role as an individual contributor. Understanding of the full sales process from prospecting to close and managing multiple complex deals across multiple clients and stages. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, pattern recognition, excellent time management and decision‑making skills. High‑impact communicator who can present to executive‑level stakeholders. Proficient with Salesforce (or comparable CRM) and leveraging data to guide decisions. Relentless service orientation, trusted‑advisor relationships, desire to improve the status quo, and effectiveness within a collaborative team. Undergraduate degree or equivalent. Legally eligible to work in Australia. Can commit to a hybrid working pattern in Sydney.
