Actively participate in selling products and contribute to business goals and growth. Be an expert and passionate about the IKEA product range and actively learn about features and benefits. Ensure the sales area is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced. Assemble products according to proper building instructions to ensure complete functionality. Build strong relationships with team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers. Able to prioritize multiple tasks and comfortable with on‑the‑job physical activity. Adopt a customer‑focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience. A friendly attitude and comfortable with connecting and interacting with people. Have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts, and 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). Additional Information Permanent role, 50 hours/fortnight. Applications close Wednesday 19 November 2025.
