You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth. Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked. Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Qualifications Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers. Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity. Adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience. A friendly attitude and are comfortable with connecting and interacting with people.
