You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates. About this work area As a Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions. Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth. Being an expert and passionate about the IKEA product range; and actively learning about their features and benefits. Responsible for ensuring that the sales area is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced. Assembling our products according to proper building and enclosed instructions to ensure complete functionality. Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment. As Sales Co-worker you are or have: Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers. Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity. Adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
