Base pay range A$110,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr Melb or Syd based role with flexible conditions Values‑led organisation with national impact Full‑time | 6‑month contract | up to $120K + super (pro rata) Full Job Description Hope & Glory is proud to be assisting a leading purpose‑driven organisation with the appointment of a Digital & Channels Lead – a pivotal role that helps its digital ecosystem perform at its best, supporting policy, advocacy and community engagement goals. This six‑month contract will suit a digitally fluent communicator who knows how to make channels work together. You’ll oversee the performance and optimisation of owned channels – website, social and eDM – ensuring they operate as an integrated system that supports campaigns and organisational objectives. About the organisation Our client is a small but impactful not‑for‑profit working to strengthen public understanding and drive informed debate on issues that affect Australians’ daily lives. Headquartered in Sydney and connected to a national network, the team is lean, agile and values driven. They collaborate with experts in media, policy, and engagement to spark constructive conversations and influence meaningful change. The opportunity In this hands‑on role, you will take ownership of how digital channels perform day‑to‑day ensuring they are optimised, integrated and working in sync to support campaigns and engagement goals. Work will include (but not be limited to): Managing, measuring, and optimising owned digital channels Analysing performance and reporting on engagement, reach and conversion Ensuring channels work in concert to support policy and campaign goals Collaborating to align tone, timing and audience segmentation Providing guidance and insights that inform broader communication strategies Maintaining brand, accessibility and privacy standards across all platforms This is a channel stewardship role focused on optimisation, integration and measurement, with content as an important but secondary element to driving performance and reach. The role is Melbourne or Sydney based. It is full time for six months. Hybrid work arrangements. Some travel may be involved occasionally. About you Critically, you genuinely understand how policy, politics and public sentiment interact, and you know how to use digital channels to navigate that terrain with tact and purpose. You bring a blend of technical skill and contextual awareness. You can interpret analytics, optimise performance and connect digital execution to bigger strategic goals. You know how to harmonise content and channels so that what’s produced is not just seen but understood, trusted and acted on. You’ll also bring: the ability to translate insights into clear actions and improvements Strong communication skills and sound professional judgement A collaborative, values‑aligned approach.
