What You Will Do Coordinate daily transport and disposal schedules for hazardous waste collections Liaise with drivers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant job execution Process and reconcile waste‑tracking documents, manifests and delivery dockets Maintain accurate service records, inventory information and job‑completion data in JDE Support HS&E processes including incident reporting, toolbox documentation and environmental compliance Assist with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) documentation and operational compliance workflows Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Supervisor and wider site team Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that enhance safety, compliance, and operational performance About You A strong safety‑first mindset and commitment to environmental and regulatory compliance Experience in operations, logistics, transport coordination or waste management Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with frontline operators, drivers and contractors Familiarity with JDE or other ERP/transport management systems (highly regarded) A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with high attention to detail Why Join Cleanaway?
