About Us Clarity Health Care is an accredited mental health service delivering a responsive, multidisciplinary program supporting individuals experiencing mental health concerns or mental illness. We provide services via outreach, clinic-based sessions, telehealth, and group programs all guided by evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and individual needs. As we continue to expand our services into 2026, we are opening expressions of interest for skilled clinicians who want to contribute to the growth of a progressive, collaborative, and clinician‑led model. Our diverse team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, and registered nurses but more important than discipline is the capability and professionalism of the senior clinicians we employ. What We're Looking For Current AHPRA registration in relevant discipline (psychologist) or AASW (Social Worker) (mental health accreditation) Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team of peer workers and clinicians. Experience with multiple computer programs, and the ability to produce well‑written reports. Passion for making a difference and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, solution‑focused environment. Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet program delivery KPIs.
